About Me

My Wife and I in San Francisco

Where I am now: I have lived in San Jose California now since 2004. I am the extremely proud husband of Jessica (Boyd) Wang, who I married on June 28th, 2008, yeah, pretty much the happiest day of my life. I am the Childrens Ministry Pastor of the First Church of San Jose, working with the best and most dedicated team of teachers and workers I’ve ever met, working for children that are constantly teaching me as much as I’m teaching them and working under a pastor that is not just wise, fair and spiritual, but a lot of fun to be around too. I was a Sales Development Rep and then a Territory Development Rep and now I’m a Corporate Account Manager at Intacct. I am more than lucky, I am blessed. God has been good to me, and I couldn’t be happier. I have no idea why you are reading all this, but I’m glad you are here.
Where I come from: I am a son, a brother and now a husband in that order. I am the proud son of Jeff and Julie Wang. I am the proud brother of Jenny Wang. I went to school at Lancaster Elementary School followed by Haigh School followed by Woodbury Middle School followed by Salem High School and then I got my Bachelors in Computer Science at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. I also minored there in Management Information Systems and International Studies. I have been a Sunday School Teacher, a youth group leader and a drummer in the church I grew up in. I’ve worked at a lot of places, some of them being Moore Emerging Technologies, Aspect Software, Atari, RoyalTek, Google and Planitax to name a few, so if I seem familiar, perhaps those are the places that we’ve met.

About this blog

I am constantly trying to learn more and work smarter. The idea here is to share what I find along the way. Maybe you'll find some things here that will help you too. The main areas of my curiosity are technology, leadership, business and working with children. I hope you like what you find.
